How We Verify

Every performer and every client is verified before we connect anyone.

You verify with Midnight and nobody else. Everything stays confidential, and once you’re verified we wipe every copy of your ID.

  • Safety ChecksTrusted verification apps, to make sure everyone is legit and safe to work with.

Terms & Conditions

By contacting Midnight Talent Agency or using this site, you agree to the following terms.

  1. Accurate Information

    All information you provide to us must be true and accurate. This includes your identity, your age and any details about your bookings.

  2. Confidentiality

    All information remains between Midnight Talent Agency and our clients. We only share what is needed to arrange a booking you have agreed to, or to respond to a payment dispute as described below. See our Privacy Policy.

  3. Your ID

    Once you are verified, we wipe all copies of your license or ID.

  4. Retainer

    Our retainer is paid when you sign with us and is non-refundable.

  5. Cancellations

    Bookings cannot be cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time. Any cancellation must be made more than 48 hours before the booking.

  6. Deposits

    If a booking is cancelled or changed within 48 hours of its start time, the deposit is kept and will not be refunded.

  7. Rescheduling

    To reschedule a booking within 48 hours of its start time, a rescheduling fee must be paid before a new date is confirmed.

  8. Performers Outside Our Network

    When you ask us to reach a performer who is not in our network, a contact fee applies for us to reach out. If the performer responds to our request, a booking fee also applies.

  9. Chargebacks And Payment Disputes

    If you file a chargeback or dispute a payment, you will be held responsible. We will present these Terms & Conditions, your contract and the record of your verification to your bank as evidence.
